Privacy policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

At PriviTools, privacy is not an added feature: it is the starting point. This policy explains what data is processed and what is not.

Content you enter into the tools

Files, text, code, configurations, tokens or figures are processed in your browser by tools identified as local. PriviTools does not receive or inspect that content on its servers. Some features may download a library or model, but the user's file is not sent to that provider.

Continuity and local storage

To let you resume selected tasks, some tools store information in browser storage, including IndexedDB. This may include preferences, invoice issuers and clients, numbering, mappings, local history or PriviMind knowledge bases. It remains in that device and browser profile and is not synchronized to PriviTools or a remote account.

Local data remains until you remove it through an available tool control or your browser storage settings. Private browsing, browser cleanup or device policies may prevent retention. Do not treat local storage as the only copy of important information.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not linked to the content you process in the tools.

Local preferences

The site may also store language, visual theme and local feedback rate limits to preserve your experience on the device.

Navigation analytics

Google Analytics is disabled until appropriate consent management is available. Google Search Console may provide aggregate organic visibility metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR and position without receiving content processed inside the tools.

Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled. PriviTools may use Google AdSense in the future to help keep the service free. Before activation, the applicable information and consent mechanisms will be implemented, including a certified platform where required.

Suggestion form

When you submit feedback, the message, tool name, page URL and date are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to the administrator. We do not request your name or email, but the submission should not be considered completely anonymous because the provider and network infrastructure may process ordinary connection metadata. The form never attaches content being processed inside a tool.

Your rights

We require no accounts and create no profiles based on content processed by the tools. You can remove local data through your browser and contact us from the contact page.
