From any PDF table or field to a reviewable Excel

Stop typing data by hand. Upload a PDF and the engine auto-detects whether it's a table (an Excel exported to PDF) or a form, and extracts everything with nothing to pick upfront. Review the result, check the columns you want and download as CSV or Excel. Everything runs in your browser.

How to convert a PDF table to Excel for free?

Upload a PDF (one at a time). If it holds a table, the engine rebuilds rows and columns from their position and every PDF row becomes a row in your Excel; if it's a form-style document, it detects “Label: value” pairs. Either way you see the real data first, then decide which columns to export. Time and memory depend on page count, file size and your device.

Multi-page tables into a single sheet

Reports exported from Excel often span dozens of pages with the header repeated. The tool locates the real header, drops metadata blocks and repeated headers, and concatenates every row into one downloadable table. Ideal for inventories, deployment lists, statements and catalogs.

Auto-detection, you choose what to export

Unlike an extractor with fixed fields, this makes no assumption about the document type: it works for tables, invoices, receipts, forms or records. The tool shows you every column it found and, with one click per column, you select exactly what goes into Excel or CSV.

Private by design, with advanced Regex

Data-extraction SaaS tools charge hundreds of dollars a month and require uploading your documents to their servers. Here the process is 100% local: your data never leaves your machine, ideal for strict GDPR environments. And if you need to capture a value in a very specific format, add your own regular expression as an extra column.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does it convert PDF tables to Excel, not just invoices?

Yes. It auto-detects tables with rows and columns (for example an Excel exported to PDF) and rebuilds them into a sheet. It also extracts fields from form-style documents. You choose which columns to export at the end.

Do I have to choose the fields before processing?

No. The engine auto-detects the document's columns and shows them in a preview. Only then do you choose, column by column, what to export to Excel or CSV.

Does it handle multi-page tables?

Yes. It merges every page into one table, dropping repeated headers and top-of-page metadata. For very large tables, review the result in the preview.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

The tool reads the PDF text layer. For scans without text, run them through our PDF OCR first, then extract the data.

Are my documents uploaded anywhere?

No. Extraction happens entirely in your browser's memory; no file is sent to the cloud.
