How to scan a document without a scanner?
Take the photo as straight-on as possible with the best light you have — we handle the rest: B/W mode applies Otsu binarization (pure white paper, crisp black ink, the classic scanner look) while color mode improves lighting and contrast preserving stamps and signatures in color. Export straight to PDF, JPG or PNG.
Local correction and multi-page PDF
The tool uses edge detection, perspective transformation, histograms, and mathematical thresholding. You can select multiple photos for one PDF; if borders cannot be detected confidently, it keeps the original framing to avoid a destructive crop.
