Use this tool

Excel to PDF for tables and reports

Load a spreadsheet, choose the active tab, and download a landscape PDF containing its rows and columns. Use it to share a table, review a report, or prepare a simple print copy.

Financial data stays in your browser

The XLSX reader and PDF generator run locally in the browser. Sheets, formulas, customer names, and tax data are not uploaded to our servers. Compare the result with the original before official use.

What is preserved and what to check

The tool exports the active sheet’s table values. It does not promise to reproduce charts, macros, formulas, complex colors, multiple tabs, or advanced Excel pagination. Check clipped columns, dates, and numbers before sharing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is my Excel file uploaded to a server?

No. It is read and converted locally in your browser, so your data stays on your device.

Does it convert every sheet in the workbook?

All tabs can be viewed, but the PDF is generated from the active sheet you select.

Are formulas and formatting preserved?

Table values are exported. Formulas, charts, and advanced formatting are not guaranteed to match exactly.

Can I use the PDF for accounting or taxes?

Treat it as a reference copy and always compare it with the original. It is not a replacement for accounting software or an official document review.
